I noticed some things that I really like about this book. First, is the empty lines that you can put your answers on. Also, each page have the same formats so this is really easy to use. The only thing I am confused about this book is it started not at number one. This book, probably, has a part one. I will answers those blank spaces on this book next time. Bought this book based on the other reviews, and I must say I am happy. Although I did not complete all the topics, this seems to be a very interesting test guide. I am confident I already got positive comments from friends who found a big improvement in my language skills.
The expressions used in this book were very helpful for providing new words and phrases to use for speaking topics. It offers instructions on how to set up answers to the questions asked in the book. I have also read 120 Speaking Topics which is another book in the series. This helps greatly while studying for the TOEFL.
The book is a guide and a teaching aid to become fluent, having a good grammar in your speech. You can always improve on your vocabulary with time so long as you are ready to practice it regularly. It has sample Essay and questions to improve on your grammar.
From the author who brought you 120 Speaking Topics with Sample Answers comes a new list of interesting, challenging speaking topics. This book covers questions 240 through 360. Each question includes a sample answer, some useful expressions related to the topic, and comprehension questions (answers are in an appendix). It's a good manual for TOEFL and IELTS students, and for anyone looking to improve their debate skills. Highly recommended.
Am in the process of Improving my English skills and so far the 120 speaking and the writing books have proved worthy. The sample questions provided have helped me a lot but they need regular practice to realize a good and desired results, Nevertheless am happy and my tutor says the progress is good and promising.
This book is quite good to add in to your arsenal! Have you ever had the chance to meet with someone and hang with him or her for several hours, and you actually got out of things to talk about? Well this book might come in handy. With the 360 Speaking topics, you will never be out of words. The book provided quite a lot of interesting topics to talk about and even provided a sample answer which you can always use. I liked this one quite a lot. I recommend this to others too.
